Now back to the Tattie Scone!

What is a Tattie Scone?

Tattie = Potato in Scottish and a tattie scone is a traditional savoury delicacy, a favourite on a fried Scottish Breakfast.

Traditionally made from mashed tatties, flour, butter and a wee bit of salt, fried on a griddle they are enjoyed both hot and cold! YUM!!!

Last year my top secret recipe included nutmeg and cheese! This year? …now that would be telling!
